The Department
In the
beginning of the year an orientation
is given to each class. In the case of first year students, based on
their marks in +2, and oral examination the student capacity is
assessed. For the students of the second and third years marks scored
in the University examinations and model examinations are used as a
parameter to judge their academic standing.

The students of the
final year class are required
to present a project report based on their Institutional training in a
public limited company for about six weeks as a part of the curriculum.
The department selects 2 best reports and keep them for future
references, besides issuing commendation certificates for the students.
The department spares
no efforts in arranging
institutional training to the students.
Many of them have
successfully completed
professional courses like CA, ICWA, ACS etc.
Dr. Y Hari Prasad
Reddy is Co-Author for several Text Books of Commerce.
The books are prescribed texbooks in the syllabus of several
universities in Tamilnadu.
Dr Y Hari Prasad
Reddy is recognised supervisor (Guideship is granted by Madras
University) to guide scholard for Ph.D in Department of B.Com (CS).
